BedWars Beginner Guide — Beds, Kits & Defense
BedWars by Easy.gg is a team PvP Roblox classic: protect your bed, farm generators, buy gear, and break enemy beds. Last team that can still respawn wins. This guide covers your first hours — not fake “BedWars codes” (the game has no promo code box).
Win condition in one sentence
If your bed is destroyed, you cannot respawn after you die. Defend first, then rush.
First five minutes
- Collect iron from your island generator immediately.
- Buy wool (and soon stone) and cover every side of your bed.
- Grab a basic sword before you leave base empty-handed.
- Decide with teammates: early rush a neighbor, or turtle into better armor.
- Leave at least one player watching the bed in Doubles/Squads.
Bed defense layers
- Wool — cheapest first layer; stops sneak breaks in minute one.
- Stone / wood / hardened layers — buy as iron stacks.
- Obsidian — late-game shell; needs a diamond pick to break, so save diamonds for defense when the lobby goes long.
Common beginner mistake: spending every iron on armor while the bed stays naked. Armor helps only if you can still respawn.
Kits and BedCoins
Start on the free / rotating weekly kits and learn one kit’s timings before hopping. BedCoins unlock kits without Robux — earn them from daily/weekly challenges, Battle Pass progress, events, Lucky Crates, AFK rewards, and clan shops. Ignore websites listing alphanumeric “BedWars codes”; Easy.gg has never shipped a redeem menu.
Combat basics
- Blocks are weapons — bridge control and knockoffs win as often as raw DPS.
- Fireballs and TNT open dug-in beds; coordinate so you do not soft-lock your own rush.
- Upgrade armor at the item shop when your bed is already layered.
- In ranked, warm up in casual queues and main one kit for a full session.
Role split for Doubles / Squads
Send aggressive kits out to pressure mid diamonds/emeralds while a builder-style or support kit stays close enough that one invisible break cannot end the game. Call bed status in chat the moment you leave.
