Bee Swarm Simulator Beginner Guide: First Hive, Quests & Honey Tips
What is Bee Swarm Simulator?
Bee Swarm Simulator is a long-running Roblox collecting game from Onett. You claim a hive, hatch bees, scoop pollen from flower fields, and convert it into honey to buy better tools, bigger bags, and more eggs. Progress is gated by egg count and bee discoveries, so a clean early plan matters more than rushing the mountain.
First 15 minutes: claim, hatch, convert
- Walk to an open honeycomb and press Claim Hive.
- Open the Egg menu, then drag a Basic Egg onto an empty hive cell to hatch your first bees.
- Enter a nearby field (Sunflower or Dandelion) and click to scoop pollen. Bees gather automatically around you.
- When your backpack meter fills, return to the hive and press Make Honey.
- Spend early honey on a better scooper, a larger bag, and more Basic Eggs before fancy cosmetics.
Bees will eventually get tired and sleep at the hive. Wait for them or keep converting honey while they rest.
Quests and early progression
Bears around the map show a ! when they have quests. Talk to them from the platform in front of their stand. Black Bear and Mother Bear are the best early quest givers — their rewards (eggs, Royal Jelly, treats) speed up your hive far more than grinding alone.
- Track active quests in the Quest menu so you do not wander without a target.
- Gates marked with numbers need a set number of hatched eggs; discovery pads need unique bee types found.
- Use Royal Jelly to reroll weak Basic/Brave bees once your hive has several slots filled.
Beginner tips that save hours
- Keep a mixed hive early. Color-locked builds come later; variety helps quests and field coverage.
- Bag upgrades first. Dying to field bugs dumps your pollen — a bigger bag only helps if you convert often.
- Save Diamond Eggs and Star Treats. Do not waste rare items on temporary bees.
- Pick up ability tokens bees drop in the field; combos boost pollen collection a lot.
- Promo codes live in the System (gear) menu if you want free starters — only use codes from official channels.
What to unlock next
After your first handful of bees and completed starter quests, push egg count to open higher gates, discover more bee types for special pads, and slowly move into richer fields. Grow the hive first; the mountain top comes from steady honey loops, not one lucky egg.
