Flee the Facility Beginner Guide (2026) — Survivor & Beast Tips

Flee the Facility by A.W. Apps is a classic Roblox 1-vs-all horror round: Survivors hack computers and escape, while one Beast freezes the lobby. Here is the clean beginner loop.

How a round works

• Up to five players; most are Survivors, one is the Beast.
• Survivors get a short head start before the Beast spawns.
• Rounds last up to about 15 minutes; lobby intermissions let you vote maps.
• Survivors win by finishing the required computers and leaving through an exit door. The Beast wins by freezing everyone.

Survivor basics

Your team must hack a set number of computers (commonly 3–5, scaling with player count). When enough are done, exit doors power on — open one and walk out.

Hacking computers

1. Stand at a glowing computer keyboard and press interact (E on PC).
2. Watch the progress bar and hit skill checks when the needle enters the white zone.
3. A green screen means the computer is finished.

Up to three Survivors can share one computer — group hacks finish faster with fewer checks. A failed skill check blares an alarm and marks the location for the Beast. Stop hacking when the Beast heartbeat / chase music gets loud; you can return later.

Rescues

Interact with a teammate’s Freeze Pod to free them when the Beast is not camping the area. Rescued players keep their reduced health, so a second down is dangerous.

Beast basics

Play in first person. Knock Survivors down with the hammer, then carry them to a Freeze Pod. Before entering, pick a power:

• Runner — short speed burst for closing gaps.
• Stalker — reduces Survivor warning signals.
• Seer — highlights Survivors who are out in the open.

Your gemstone glow and Survivor heartbeat telegraph your approach. Patrol computer routes instead of random room searches, and listen for failed-check alarms.

Freeze Pods

Captured Survivors lose health in the pod and freeze out when it hits zero. Health typically drains while the Beast is away (anti-camping). Frozen players return to the lobby and that pod cannot be reused.

Beginner tips

• Learn landmarks and a second exit from every area.
• Do not run in straight lines; close doors behind you.
• Split computers, but stay close enough to rescue.
• Hack in pairs when the Beast is far.
• As Beast, rotate known computer spots rather than camping one pod.
